Diamonds and sleek metal ceilings bring City Lights in Paris alive
The grand 80,000m2 1970s complex, ‘Tours du Pont de Sèvres’ was transformed into three buildings accommodating state-of-the-art office and living spaces. The new development, City lights – is a 21st century flagship building.
Teams at BNP Paribas Real Estate and GE Capital Real Estate teamed up to rejuvenate the grand 1970s complex, ‘Tours du Pont de Sèvres’ in Paris. The extensive restructuring and extension project consisted of three buildings, a surface area of over 80,000 m2 and a space which needed to accommodate state of the art office and living spaces. The new development was to be called; City lights – a flagship, iconic building fit for the 21st century.
